The Grand Hotel's offerings include wines from the Vallantica Tacconi-Ottelio winery, a small treasure of Umbrian oenology, which has stood out for years for its ability to promote indigenous grape varieties, particularly Ciliegiolo and Grechetto. Ciliegiolo is a great asset of the winery, especially for its versatility that allows it to be made into not only red wine, but also white, rosé, sparkling wine or passito. The facilities of the Cantina Vallantica date back to the 1950s. It was one of the first wineries in Umbria to be built with a modern design, and it has recently been renovated and adapted to new quality standards to ensure perfect winemaking practices.
